Going to the beach in the heart of summer brings back fond memories of being a kid. And when you hit the beach as a child, you didn’t just lounge around -- you played! Well, why not bring out the kid in you this summer with some

Buff up at the beach

Why not just tell people to eat properly? Showing anorexic women and bulked up (steroids) men is not the way to go. Yes workouts are great, but when they become an obsession, who is benefitting from them, only the gyms and do you think they will say anything? Eating properly and exercising in moderation is good for everyone, even overweight people such as myself. I have lost 67 lbs since last year and I do only classical stretches (a form of tai-chi) and pilates - 20 - 40 minutes only, maybe 4 times a week. Walking is the best exercise. With a good pair of walking shoes, you can increase your endurance just by walking to the next bus stop, which is what I do.

Buff up at the beach

If you think you need steroids to be muscular, your dilluted. Not everyone is overweight, don't be so bitter.

Buff up at the beach

These women might just be naturally skinny and athletic and might eat plenty. I eat just as much as my husband whom is 70 lbs heavier than I am due to muscle. We eat plenty, but we exercise too. Why is it when a girl is skinny she must be anorexic and if a guy is built he must be on roids? People get results by eating healthy and exercising too. I'm sick and tired of people that are bigger looking down their nose and assuming I am anorexic just because I work hard for the way I look.

Buff up at the beach

<sarcasm>Thats because being fat isn't your fault. Why blame yourself when you can blame/sue Oreos and McD's? That is a lot easier then actually watching your diet and exercising.</sarcasm>

Buff up at the beach

If you feel disturbed because of the dreadful amount of time it involves to pull up what you are searching for, cheer up because you\'re one step closer to your goal.

Buff up at the beach

We are markedly pleased that you\'ve come upon this page dealing with holiday.
