So do the math."

u need to watch ur diet as well if u really want to see the result, especially on the stomach.

I do cardio and weightlifting, combination of both works well. The important thing is concentration, eg: when u do a sit-up, concentrate until u really feel u're using ur abs muscle to lift ur upper body. this relly sounds like 'mind power' :)

Conquering cellulite

Karla G. At least 30 min of cardio five days a week, and weight training targeting the quads, hamstring, and glutes maybe three times a week. But don't neglect the upper body! I just assume no one has cellulite on there back?? This worked for me. I am pear shaped, lost 26lbs and counting and significantly reduced the appearance of my cellulite. Took about 3 1/2 months. Oh, I also stopped eating cheese!! Yuck!

Conquering cellulite

i need to lose fat on my arms

Conquering cellulite

I was recently in a car accident and I am waiting for surgery on my knees. In the meantime I went from working out with jazzersize 3 times a week to nothing. I have gained 16lbs because of this. Can you give me some advice on exercising without using my knees?

Conquering cellulite

i have my school ball cummin up and i need to loose my stomach fat and tonne up my stomach i need to tone up my arms an loose the fat on the and make my thighs and bottom smaller i have been doing all ur exercises on ur page but still dont look good i am also eatin hardly anything how can i look good for my ball i have 3 weeks pleae help

Conquering cellulite

When you are searching for sweat material and sites, be sure to tap into all of the sources at your disposal.

Conquering cellulite

I do a 60 minute work out a day, 10 minutes of squats, and lower body kicking, 10 minutes of lifting weights, 20 minutes of an ab routine, 10 minute arobics, 10 minutes on the bike, and on odd days i go for a jog, that lasts for about 10 minutes...(weekends i take a break)
I never changed my diet and i dont eat junk...
i have been doing this for about 5 months...
i am to scared to weigh myself, but i went down two pant sizes,
do you have any advice on what i should do different, or if i am on the right track..
