I have tried talking to him about it and his response is you just don't understand I just can't sleep and I don;t feel good I've tried to get him to see a doctor however I think he is afraid to hear what the doctors says that he needs to exercise. what do I do I do love and care about him however sometimes I think he is what is holding me back in dealing with what I have going on in my own life, with RP and diabeites, as well as having a mitral valve replacement, I am currently taking antidepressents and I find my self really getting angry with everyone,

A fitness wake-up call

janet, i had my valve replaced in 2002.
i have diabetes & high blood pressure
i'm not married & donot have any children.
but i do deal with family problems.
pls appreciate & love what you have right now.
time is really short, so make the best of it while you can. just stay strong ok, & donot fuss at him.

A fitness wake-up call

Hi. It's important that you seek alternitive activities as much as you can as well as keeping your mind active. Have you tried your local Association for the Blind? You appear to fit the criteria to be able to get into a program for needeed support as well as maybe even a little part time job being your hubby won't go to the doctor. The Association for the Blind have all kinds of programs for people with your kind of sight issues.

Good Luck,
Panzy

A fitness wake-up call

Jack O... are you shitting me?
