Not sure why people are asking if this is NEWS... on my screen, this post shows to be under the header of "THE FIT LIST: Workout tipes from celebrity trainers." Whatever it takes to urge people to do more than nothing is always a good thing. Who cares if its a real celebrity or not... fact is, most people will never take up trainers and go through the hoopla regularly hot/fit people go through to get their bodies. So, little bit here and there ... is a good place to start. I seriously doubt that these TIPS are her exclusive workout.

if you're going to bash someone, read the article throughly. the article said: So IN ADDITION TO her working out on the elliptical trainer and walking every day, she followed the toning program I devised to target her hot spots. in other words, she walked, used the elliptical trainer, AND followed the toning routine. geez, and people wonder why the u.s. is falling behind in education. for some, this may not seem like a tough workout, but if someone is wanting to get started, it's a great starting off point.

Maybe these celebrity trainers could give us specific workout programs for celebrities that are in excellent shape. Maybe posting Christian Bale's workout program for Batman, or Jessica Biel or Ryan Reynold's workout program for Blade:Trinity will really show "regular" people all of the HARD WORK that it takes to get these bodies that celebrities have.
