Every year millions of Americans make a New Year’s resolution to shape up. But for many, those good intentions are gone by the time they plop on the couch for the Super Bowl.

To really get fit in ’08, you’ll need a good game plan.

Got your game plan for ’08?

It's a lifestyle!
I'm very agree on this!
Got your game plan for ’08?

Every year people go and try to make their resolution but to be honest its not that we are doing it for ourselves but rather doing it in hopes of impressing someone. Everyones done it, in our minds we say and know it will be for the better but our actions for trying to set weight loss goals are to atract the attention of the person who interests us. The best thing to do is to do it for ourselves first. Setting a plan and realistic goal helps even if your goal it to walk at least a mile by the end of the month. Start off with small goals and work your way up to the big ones. After all the results at the end are usually worth it. Its not only healthy for us physically but also emotionaly. So even if you're not one of the people looking to lose weight, you probably know someone who is..... if you see a change for the better tell them so IT REALLY HELPS

Got your game plan for ’08?

Let this be the year to make a plan, stick with it and see results! I have been down this road of wanting to achieve weight loss for too many years and the time has come! I know that this has to be a lifestyle change. I refuse to say the word "diet". Personally I think it sets people up for failure. Just take baby steps to changing your lifestyle. We all know what to eat and how to exercise. This is the year! I wish you all nothing but success as you set realistic goals in '08 and see your dreams come true! Remember to take it one day at a time. If you mess up and slip up, so what, start over again. It's much better then quitting altogether! YOU CAN DO IT AND SO CAN I!
