Music is subjective, and guess what? Your taste is no better than anyone else's. Not to mention, it's incredibly rude and unnecessary to insult someone else. Far worse than questionable taste in music is a complete disregard for the feelings of others.

Me personally, I like a mix. With a hole there, what am I suppose to do? I decided to try working out, but it was way too boring. But, I discovered the wonders of Trance / Dance / Electronic music and exercising became a daily treat. With the catchy rythmic devices in a lot of Trance, it is a great way to make working out a blast. I reccomend Armin van Buuren, ATB, Art of Trance, and a million others. Try it sometime, you might just thank yourself later.

Music to really move to

My goodness I'm reading some of the posts and some people are just straight out putting down other people's choices. However I found that with myself you can get in a better rhytem if you follow your own. If your only running a few miles try listening to your own breathing. Most experts agree that you should NOT force yourself to breathe at a set pace. However if you slow your breathing (again do not force the issue) and control your body movement you'll find that you can increase stamina and speed. Being in the military those two are important to my overall health and for my performance. Most of all though get in tune with your body and cardio will become a breeze.

Music to really move to

Nirvana-Smells Like Teen Spirit
Fergie-Fergalicious
Akon-Smack That
Fall Out Boy
Mims-This Is Why I'm Hot
Jim Jones-We Fly High
Fat Joe-Make It Rain
The Pussycat Dolls-Wait A Minute
Baby Boy Da Prince-The Way I Live
Corbin Bleu-Push It To The Limit
Black Eyed Peas-My Humps
Cascada-Everytime We Touch
Gwen Stefani-Wind It Up
Christina Aguilera-Candyman
Kelis-Bossy
MCR-Teenagers & Famous Last Words
Panic @ The Disco
Lostprophets-Rooftops
AC/DC-Highway to Hell
Danity Kane-Show Stopper
Hawthorne Heights-Ohio is for lovers
Taking back Sunday-Makedamnsure
3daysgrae-animal i have become
All American Rejects
Bon Jovi-Its my life
Black eyed peas
Bubba Sparxxx-Ms. new botty
Pink
Avil Lavigne
The red jumpsuit apparatus
Red hot chili peppers

Music to really move to

Avril Lavigne - Girlfriend, Beyonce - Get me bodied, Benny Benassi - Satisfaction, etc. - Fast paced, dance or really angry fast punk/rock music gets me pumped...anything they play at a football game really gets me going!

Music to really move to

I prefer to listen to comtemporary gospel music for example Kirk franklin and J Moss Palsm 150

Music to really move to

Britney Spears, Def Leppard, disco (Born to Be Alive, Knock on Wood, Hot Stuff, etc.), Justin Timberlake, Earth, Wind & Fire, .38 Special

There's no such thing as bad workout music, as long as it works for you.

Music to really move to

They are a bit on the slow side. . . They are also the kind of songs that keep me moving. Some great songs are by Cascada and DJ Sammy. Some great cds are Everytime We Touch (Cascada), and LOL (Basshunter). Some individual songs (not sure of the artist or cd) are Africa, Olympia, or Heaven.

Music to really move to

My Workout Music Playlist (updated):

I Will Survive - Gloria Gaynor
Under Pressure - David Bowie
Wannabe - Spice Girl
We Takin' Over - DJ Khaled ft.
