Although we’ve moved our clocks ahead an hour and daylight stays with us a little longer, you still may find yourself doing the same old dark workouts inside the gym. So why not spring forward -- right out the door. Bring on the sunshine! I do cardio work outs taking long bike rides with intense sprints intermitantly throughout the ride. I like to use the punching bag for my own cardio workout. These outdoor activities are much more effective with the fresh air outside. I liked a few of the recomendations in the article and will add them to my warm up. Thanks

Spring outdoors for an energizing workout

Outside workouts are the best. My trainer and I take every opportunity to train outside and rarely spend time in a gym. A slow run tossing the medicine ball, pulling a tire, bringing out the free weights, hanging rings off the balcony. Its all good. Another great idea if you access to a pool... Use the ladder to do a few dip reps, execute a few laps in the water, a few poolside pushups and do it again... use your imagination. Its all good stuff! Just keep hydrated!

Spring outdoors for an energizing workout

Great workout, did it early this morning and was full of energy all day. Definitely a good starting workout for those of us who are just getting back into the swing of fitness after the winter.

Spring outdoors for an energizing workout

Plan on trying this, I am never motivated to work out because when it is so nice out I like to be out side, hope this works to lose weight.
