So I did other little things
1. Park farther, walk longer ( work, the store.) take stairs if you can
2. I would get up a little bit earlier and spend 10 minutes just marching in place and doing some arm moves
( bicep curls without weight, slow windmills), and some strecthing. This started out with my eyes closed and my coffee next to me ( :D).

There have been articles on "office exercises", so maybe do a search on that.

A couple of things I found that helped were a good multivitamin, a liquid mineral supplement ( Concentrace is the brand I get. 25 drops or 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon mixed in some juice)

Eating small snacks during the day helped too after I found out I was type 2 diabetic. Keep you blood sugar from spiking and crashing and it helps a lot!

I never drank red bull, but I was addicted to diet Mountain Dew! It took a while to cut back then wean myself off of it. ( Caffeine affects your blood sugar levels, I found I can tolerate about 1 or 2 diet Pepsi without a major freakout in my levels)

Feel like a slug? 5 moves to boost your energy

I'm laughing hard envisioning the sight the workers next door would get from my office with full length windows.
